As a client of Wise Resources Limited, We like to work within a loop of client, line manager and HR/learning professional.  It is critical to keep the sponsors informed about the coaching process without violating the client’s confidentiality.  The organization is also a client and needs to know if the coaching is effective.  We like to start the coaching process in conversation with the client and the line manager(s) to work on desired outcomes for the coaching engagement.  We encourage the client to give his/her own feedback on the coaching process to HR and the line manager.
